Senior Manager – Infrastructure and Workplace Technology

Description -

We are seeking a high-impact technology delivery leader to drive site infrastructure and workplace technology initiatives across the Americas as part of the Future Ready Site Solutions (FRSS) organization.

This role operates at the intersection of enterprise infrastructure, workplace experience, and corporate real estate, with accountability for project delivery, stakeholder alignment, financial governance, and escalation leadership across a complex enterprise environment.

You will lead a team responsible for delivering network, workplace, and collaboration technologies supporting site builds, renovations, modernizations, and business transformations. Success in this role requires strong execution discipline, strategic thinking, financial rigor, and the ability to influence across highly matrixed organizations.

This leader must operate with a “Project CEO” mindset — balancing delivery excellence, stakeholder management, operational stability, and business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Delivery & Portfolio Leadership

Lead and develop a team of project managers responsible for end-to-end delivery of enterprise site technology initiatives across the Americas

Oversee Network Implementation programs resulting from:

Site builds, closures, and expansions

Mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures

Infrastructure modernization and tech debt remediation

Workplace collaboration and voice transformation initiatives

Drive consistent execution through strong project governance, risk management, budget oversight, and timeline management

Serve as the senior escalation point for delivery risks and site-impacting issues

Stakeholder & Business Alignment

Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Services (CREWS), and business stakeholders to ensure alignment to enterprise standards and strategic priorities

Ensure project teams effectively engage business leaders and lab owners to understand operational and technical requirements

Coordinate technology deployment readiness with construction and workplace timelines, including cabling, IDF/MDF readiness, and workplace infrastructure dependencies

Represent HPIT site solutions and services with regional leadership and stakeholders

Vendor & Financial Governance

Oversee a multi-million-dollar project portfolio with accountability for forecasting, budget management, vendor performance, and financial accuracy

Drive accountability across strategic suppliers, deployment partners, and infrastructure vendors to ensure high-quality and on-time execution

Partner with Finance and Procurement teams to support capitalization, cost control, and investment planning

Incident & Escalation Leadership

Lead management escalations for critical site-impacting incidents and high-risk project issues

Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to drive timely resolution and recovery

Ensure effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA) development and continuous improvement actions following major incidents

People Leadership & Culture

Build and mentor a high-performing organization focused on accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Develop leaders who can operate effectively in highly matrixed environments while balancing business needs, technical complexity, and delivery execution

Foster a culture of proactive communication, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of experience leading enterprise infrastructure, workplace technology, or large-scale site deployment programs

Proven success leading high-performing teams and managing complex project portfolios with budgets exceeding $1M

Strong expertise in:

Project and program management

Enterprise networking and infrastructure technologies (WAN, LAN, WiFi)

Vendor and partner management

Financial planning and cost governance

Demonstrated ability to:

Lead critical escalations in complex enterprise environments

Influence senior stakeholders across multiple organizations

Drive execution and accountability across matrixed teams

Balance operational stability with large-scale transformation initiatives

What Sets You Apart

You think in systems, strategy, and outcomes — not just tasks

You drive accountability across teams, vendors, and stakeholders

You lead through credibility, execution, and influence

You are comfortable operating in high-visibility environments with executive stakeholders

You can quickly align people, priorities, and execution to solve complex business problems

Reality of the Role

High visibility, ownership, and accountability

Fast-paced environment requiring strong prioritization and executive communication

Significant cross-functional coordination across business, technology, engineering, and workplace organizations

Opportunity to directly influence the future of enterprise workplace and site technology delivery across the Americas
