Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated student with advanced networking knowledge and strong IT skills to support manufacturing and business technology environments.

Responsibilities

Assist with network infrastructure support, troubleshooting, and documentation

Support switches, routers, wireless networks, and network security initiatives

Help maintain IT/OT systems and connectivity across plant operations

Participate in technology improvement and automation projects

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues

Required Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field

Strong understanding of MQTT, OPC UA, TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, and network fundamentals

Familiarity with Windows environments and basic server administration

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
