Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager in Princeton, New Jersey.

Work You’ll Do

Participate in SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Guide the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions and information obtained from management to conceptualize and define operational problems. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements by analyzing information about alternatives to determine which one will offer the best outcomes and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Guide the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Evaluate the technology needs of an organization by observing the current system in operation to gather and analyze information about each of the component problems, using a variety of sources, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Drive the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach by educating staff in the application of mathematical models, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have three years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and five years of progressive related work experience.

Position requires three years of related work experience in each of the following:

Driving and delivering components of engagements, evaluating client’s business, modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP Central Component (ECC), and SAP Concur;

Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating SAP Concur, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and Oracle applications in the client’s landscape;

Coordinating large-scale SAP Concur, SAP S/4HANA Finance, and SAP ECC Finance implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance and guiding client and stakeholder expectations;

Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Power BI, MS Visio, MS Project, MS Teams, and Agile Methodology;

Participating in quality assurance (QA) for client deliverables, including test scripts, test cases, test steps, defect logging, and test execution reports utilizing Jira and HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM);

Utilizing HP ALM, Jira, ServiceNow, and Salesforce to support and perform Functional Testing, Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and Regression Testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;

Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Teams, and MS SharePoint; and

Performing SAP Finance (FI), SAP Travel and Expense (T&E) Management, and SAP Time Management production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Concur, SAP Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP), and SAP Web Dynpro ABAP.

Annual Salary: $159,100.00 - $265,100.00.
