Work you'll do
As a Smart Maintenance and Repair Facility, Software Engineer on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for:
Design, plan, and deliver Smart Manufacturing and Repair Factory experiences, including tours, workshops, and client sessions that showcase advanced digital and physical technologies.
Develop and maintain experience materials, including use case content, agendas, objectives, client background information, workshop inputs, and customized talking points for delivery teams and host teams.
Conduct client and visitor preparation activities, including stakeholder coordination, pre-visit research, experience design calls, workbook development, on-site dry runs, and real-time workshop documentation.
Support facility operations by coordinating equipment readiness, service and maintenance activities, safety procedures, incident protocols, and operation of manufacturing technologies used during tours and demonstrations.
Build and maintain working relationships across client teams, internal stakeholders, vendors, interns, and support teams to enable effective experience delivery and ongoing Smart Factory operations.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
2+ years of experience designing and delivering client-facing workshops, tours, executive briefings, or similar experience-based programs
2+ years of experience developing agendas, workbooks, presentation materials, or other structured content for client sessions
2+ years of experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams in support of program, event, or facility operations
3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
Experience with Smart Manufacturing technologies, including robotics, analytics, artificial intelligence, additive manufacturing, augmented reality, or virtual reality
Experience with industrial maintenance, repair, and overhaul processes
Experience operating or supporting CNC machines and 3D printers
Experience facilitating sessions with senior organizational leaders
Experience using visual documentation methods to capture workshop output in real time
Experience supporting sales, proposals, or business development activities
