The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Social Collaboration Administrator to support and enhance our collaboration platform and services. This role serves as a key bridge between end users, internal stakeholders, and vendors- ensuring smooth operations, strong governance, and high-quality user experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys problem solving, and is passionate about improving our collaboration platform and processes.

What You Will Do

Manage and resolve customer requests and issues through ServiceNow, ensuring timely and effective support

Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to understand needs, answer questions, and provide guidance on collaboration tools and processes

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide insights into platform usage, performance, and trends

Collaborate with external vendors to gather, refine, and manage requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs

Execute tasks for operations and maintenance for the service closely following standard work.

Execute and maintain governance processes for the collaboration platform, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices

Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to contribute to enhancing overall platform efficiency and increased user satisfaction

This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities. Work instructions are available in English only.

Qualifications You Must Have

A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.

Experience working with ticketing system such as ServiceNow

Experience with Power Bi or similar reporting tools

Qualifications We Prefer

Experience with Igloo Software

Experience with ServiceNow

Experience with SAAS tool

Experience with vendor and managing requirements

Location: This position is remote. However, the successful candidate must be currently living in Puerto Rico.
